

Clinical Ergonomics: Joint Specific Exercises
A new book written specifically for workers. The main focus of the book is to educate workers of all professions how to improve their physical condition. The book includes different exercises specific to every joint in the body, and as such, using illustrations and language that is easy to understand (no medical terms), this book educates workers how to improve an injured joint, how to strengthen a weak joint and how to make healthy joint stronger. These specific exercises and illustrations will lead workers to a healthier life, will improve their performance at work, and will prevent them from being injured.
This book is another step forward to achieving Union Ergonomics main goal: to keep all workers healthy.
Clinical Ergonomics: Joint Specific Exercises book will be available in January 2010 and will be distributed free of charge to all patients of Brampton Union Ergonomics Clinic.
